Lead Teacher

Job Description:
Lead Teachers are responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities, supervising classroom staff, and ensuring children are engaged in a safe and structured learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in early childhood education preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well with children and families
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Teacher Assistant

Job Description:
Teacher Assistants support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment while assisting with daily activities and routines.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children preferred
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow classroom routines and directions

Center Director

Job Description:
The Center Director oversees daily operations of the childcare center, ensures compliance with regulations, manages staff, and maintains high-quality childcare services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

  • Previous experience working in a licensed childcare setting required

  • Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of childcare operations, classroom management, child supervision, and family engagement

  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced childcare environment

  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment

  • CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain within the required timeframe

  • Must pass all required background screenings and meet childcare employment requirements

Kitchen Supervisor

Job Description:
The Kitchen Supervisor manages meal preparation and ensures all food service operations meet health and safety standards.

Van Driver

Job Description:
The Van Driver safely transports children to and from school or scheduled activities.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the center vehicle
• Follow transportation safety guidelines
• Ensure children are safely loaded and unloaded
• Maintain transportation records

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to follow safety procedures

Van Assistant

Job Description:
The Van Assistant helps supervise children during transportation and assists with loading and unloading.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise children during transportation
• Assist with safe loading and unloading
• Ensure children remain seated and safe during travel
• Support the driver during routes
