How to Pay Tuition

We offer simple, flexible ways to pay tuition. Tuition is due on Friday for the week of care weekly. 

Payment Options Accepted

We accept the following payment methods:

• ProCare (preferred)

• Debit/Credit Card(if applicable)

• Cashier’s Check / Money Order

• Cash(if applicable—recommend including “exact amount preferred” if needed)

Note: Personal checks are accepted 

Fees

To keep operations running smoothly and ensure fairness to all families, the following fees may apply.

Late Pick-Up Fee

A late pick-up fee applies when a child is picked up after closing time.

• Fee: $10 per minute

• Applies after: 6:10pm
  Repeated late pick-ups may require a conference and could affect enrollment.

Late Tuition Fee

A late fee is applied when tuition is not paid by the due date.

• Due date: Friday

• Late fee: $5 per day after 3 day grace period.

Drop-In Care Fee

Drop-in care is available based on space and staffing.

• Requirements: Must be approved in advance and include up-to-date enrollment forms and immunizations (as required).

Tuition Support

Subsidy Program (State Child Care Assistance)

We accept state subsidy vouchers for eligible families.

How it works:

• Families must apply and be approved through the state subsidy program.

• Once approved, benefits are applied to your account based on your authorization.

• Families are responsible for any copay, registration fees, or amounts not covered by subsidy (if applicable).

In-House Tuition Assistance

We offer limited in-house tuition assistance for families experiencing temporary financial hardship.

May include:

• Short-term payment arrangements

• Reduced tuition support (limited availability)

• Flexible payment schedules when approved
